Once your parcel is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (depending on carrier).

  • You can request a return within 14 days after delivery.
  • Items must be returned in acceptable condition (unused, complete, as applicable).
  • Our mistake (wrong/defective/damaged item): we provide the return label.
  • Change of mind: return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
