Terms of Sale

These Terms apply to all orders placed on cliipsstore.com.

• We aim to provide accurate product descriptions.
• Prices are shown in EUR (tax included unless stated otherwise).
• If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, you will be informed and refunded.

• Orders are confirmed once payment is validated (or cleared for check/transfer).
• We may refuse an order in case of suspected fraud or unresolved previous dispute.

Available methods: credit card (via Stancer), PayPal (extra fees may apply), bank transfer, check.

• Bank transfer: please include the order number as reference. Processed after funds are received.
• Check: processed after clearance. Payable to Cliips Store.

• Dispatch: typically within 24–48h after payment confirmation (business days).
• Transit: typically 24–72h after dispatch depending on method/destination.
• Express: if payment confirmed before 1 PM (business days), delivery is typically within 24h after dispatch.

• You may request a return within 14 days after delivery.
• If we shipped the wrong/defective/damaged item, we provide the return label.
• For a change of mind, return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected, using the original payment method when possible.

Customers benefit from applicable legal warranties under relevant laws.

We are not liable for non-performance due to force majeure, carrier issues, or customer-related issues (wrong address, absence, etc.).

These Terms are governed by French law. We will seek an amicable solution first. If not possible, competent courts will apply.
